Terms of service

StickerForge sells custom, made-to-order AI-generated sticker packs. By placing an order, you confirm that the prompt and order details you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use the requested concept.

Custom artwork

Do not request copyrighted characters, trademarks, celebrity likenesses, or other material you do not have permission to use. We may cancel or refund orders that appear to violate those limits.

Payment and shipping

Payments are processed through Stripe. Shipping timing is an estimate and depends on the connected print or fulfillment provider, carrier availability, and the shipping address entered at checkout.

Refunds and replacements

Because sticker packs are custom-made, orders can usually be cancelled only before production starts. If an order arrives damaged or materially different from the approved generated artwork, email support within 7 days of delivery with the order email and photos.
